THE DEVELOPMENT OF A SANDCARVING
This sand carving into the back of a 3 x 2.5 foot 1/4 plate glass mirror started with a pencinl draft on tracing paper. Using tracing paper is needed to transfer the design to the resist or mask on the glass in which then a stencil is cut in preparation for the sand carving. This "HONDA GOLD WING" was a custom order by Don Laqua of Watertown, SD.
